One system, from the receiving bay to the till.

The Ecosystem is our package for groups and larger stores: four connected apps, each working in its own part of the store, with one owner’s view across all of them.

InvoiceFlow

Pay for what came through the door.

InvoiceFlow checks every supplier invoice against what was actually delivered, flags what’s short, and keeps the credit notes that follow in the same place.

  • Expected deliveries. Know what is due in, and match it when it arrives.
  • Invoice reconciliation. Each invoice checked against the delivery it belongs to.
  • Credit notes. Shortages and returns tracked through to the credit that settles them.

MerchCommand

Replenishment work, planned and done.

MerchCommand gives merchandisers and managers one place for the work that keeps shelves full: what needs doing, who is on it, and what was finished.

  • Tasks and recurring tasks. Set one-off and repeating merchandising work and see it through to done.
  • Temperature checks. Record cold-chain checks alongside the rest of the day’s work.
  • Reports. Daily and periodic reports of what was completed and what is outstanding.

ShelfSense

Know which shelf is empty before a customer does.

Ceiling cameras scan your shelves through the day. AI finds every gap, names the product that belongs there, and checks your stock so the team knows whether to refill or reorder.

  • Gaps matched to products. Each gap is placed on your shelf layout and matched to the product linked to that position.
  • Refill or reorder. Stock on hand from your point of sale separates “out of stock” from “in the back room, not on the shelf”.
  • Order suggestions. Products that keep gapping become suggested orders, grouped by supplier.

SupervisorHub

The front end, checked and on record.

SupervisorHub gives supervisors the day’s tasks, the compliance checks that go with them and a record of what was done, from one screen.

  • Tasks for the shift. Supervisors assign and track front-end work through the day.
  • Temperature logs. Fridges and freezers logged against their chilled and frozen ranges.
  • Daily reports. An end-of-day record of checks and completed work.

One owner’s view across all four.

A client portal brings ShelfSense, InvoiceFlow, SupervisorHub and MerchCommand together, so an owner or operations manager sees the whole store without opening four apps.
